The Pasig City Cooperative Development Office (CDO), in collaboration with the Pasig City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), successfully conducted an Outreach Program for Kanlungan in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City on May 19, 2026

The outreach activity aimed to provide assistance and support to the residents and beneficiaries of Kanlungan through the collective efforts of partner organizations committed to community service and social welfare.

As part of the initiative, Asiapro Multi-Purpose Cooperative (MPC) extended its support by providing 200 hygiene kits for the beneficiaries. Meanwhile, Worklife contributed milk supplies and blood pressure (BP) monitoring to help promote the health and wellness of the residents.

The activity highlighted the spirit of bayanihan and cooperation among government offices and partner organizations in addressing the needs of vulnerable sectors in the community. Through this meaningful collaboration, the participating groups were able to bring comfort, care, and encouragement to the beneficiaries of Kanlungan.

Kanlungan sa Pasig is a 24hr residential care facilities for Children in Need of Special Protection (CNSP), Child in Conflict with the Law (CICL), abandoned adult and elderly. It is built to purposely serve as a haven for individuals in crisis. Currently, Kanlugan caters to more than a hundred of infants, children, adults and elderly.
