June 22, 2026 – Mayondon Elementary School in Los Baños, Laguna received donations in kind from Gawa at Kalinga MPC and Asiapro Foundation during a turnover ceremony led by Principal Rodel Guevarra.

The donations included construction material for  one wash area; printer,  teacher supplies such as inks and papers; and water dispensers. These contributions are all aimed at promoting a healthier and more conducive learning environment for the learners.

Representing Gawa at Kalinga MPC were Vice Chairman Alice Navallo and cooperative members Estrella Fernando, and Darellyn Mae Lacbay. Abby Belza and Joy Sanchez represented the Asiapro Foundation Inc.

During a short turnover program, the school sincerely thanked both organizations for their generosity. The school officials emphasized that the support will definitely improve the learners’ access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene facilities and in promoting correct hygiene practices.
